Eastside Terrace is a 10-unit apartment development on the east side of Bedford, along Eastside Lane and Highway 50 near Bedford North Lawrence High School. Built in the late 1990s, all 10 apartments are being renovated in fall 2026 for immediate move-in.
Renovations vary slightly by unit and generally include new back decks, appliances, flooring, paint, counters, and more.
Choose from nine 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments (944 sq. ft.), each with an attached garage, or one 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment (1,140 sq. ft.) without a garage. Each apartment has its own driveway with parking for two vehicles. A large grass backyard provides room for outdoor activities and pets.
